Features Include:
User defined fields – the client decides on the number of fields and type of fields on the page (examples of
fields are date, text, single drop-down, multi-select list, checkbox, radio buttons, etc.).
Business rules engine – The software allows clients to create their own business rules to be applied to objects,
fields, and data.
Objects like containers/cases, tasks, documents, clients and many more can be linked to each other (parent-child
relationship).
Multiple sites – Clients will be able to define multi sites or views of the same data or of separate silos of
data. Users can then switch between the different sites or views without exiting the application.
Multi language – Each site can be configured to have 1 to any number of languages. All lookup tables and user
defined fields will have their own set of multi-language definitions. Users will also be able to switch to and from any language configured, without exiting the application.

Inbound™ automates the creation of core objects within one of the Tracking Solutions. Inbound™ monitors an email box, fax queue, or network shares for new messages or files. It is a "Rules and Decisions” based system that automates the decision process of what type of Folder to create, and who it is to be assigned to.
